Fish in Garlic and Cream Sauce Recipe
I want to introduce you to another simple, quick and very tasty fish dish! The combination of garlic, butter, lemon juice and parsley is just perfect, the fish is perfect as a main dish and I warn you right away - it is cooked quickly, and eaten almost instantly. Ingredients
Fish:
- 350 gram Fillet fish halibut, cod, Pollock, coryphaena
- 3 pinches Cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 slices Lemon
Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- 0,5 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Cut the fish fillet into portions, put it in a container with a lid, season with salt, black and cayenne pepper, starch. Cover with a lid, gently turning over in all directions so that our fish is evenly covered with the mixture from all sides, set aside.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix all the ingredients for the sauce, set aside.
- Take a non-stick frying pan, heat it well over medium heat with vegetable oil, put the fish in one layer and fry until golden brown.
- We put the finished fish on a paper towel, let the excess oil drain. Place on a plate and pour over the hot sauce. Butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice...
