Garlic Bread with Herbs Recipe

- I made the dough in a bread maker, poured water, yeast, flour, salt, sugar, vegetable oil into the bowl of the bread maker. Add the "Main Dough".
- While the dough is being prepared in the bread maker, chop the herbs and peel the garlic.
- Put the herbs and garlic in a blender bowl, pour olive oil and salt. Chop the greens to a more or less homogeneous state.
- Roll out the finished dough into an oval, put the greens on its surface. leave a little green mass to cover the finished bread, so it will be even more fragrant.
- Roll the dough into a roll.
- Cut the roll into 2 parts.
- Twist the dough.
- Grease the baking dish with oil. Put the braid in a baking dish (I have a regular cake mold).
- Put the mold in a warm place so that the dough rises. I got up after 35 minutes. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- After baking, remove from the mold and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
