Ingredients
For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar wine from red wine
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0,5 teaspoon Paprika sweet
For cutlets:
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 3 tablespoons Bread crumbs / breading
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0,25 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground, to taste
- 0,5 tablespoon Vegetable oil fry the cutlets
- 4 pieces Cream cheese
For the cheeseburger:
- 4 pieces Buns for cheeseburgers purchased or homemade
- 4 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Cucumber marinated
- 0,25 piece Red onion
Instructions
- Make the sauce. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: mayonnaise; tomato paste; wine vinegar; mustard. Squeeze out the garlic, add the sweet paprika and mix thoroughly. We're trying. - On a salad leaf-a hot cutlet with cheese. Cut the tomato into slices, cucumber and thin semi-rings of red onion. Carefully spread on the cheese. Spread the second half of the bun with sauce and cover.
