I love hot dogs and burgers are different! Of course I make my own. I suggest you try this wonderful hot dog with a milk sausage and cheese sauce of cottage cheese, dill, cucumber with soy sauce, Dijon mustard and honey. For me-just wonderful!
We cook everything for hot dogs. Make a sauce. I will use cream cheese and 2 hot dogs will take 0.5 jars of cheese, weighing 140 g. Put the cheese in a bowl. I added soy sauce to it. I will use natural soy sauce sweet. It's salt. Add honey and Dijon mustard. I love mustard Dijon and it is in the grains. I took everything for 1 h. You can first adjust the taste by itself, adding a little mustard, honey and soy sauce. Mustard and soy sauce can take other flavors: regular mustard and your favorite soy sauce. Carefully combine all in a homogeneous mass. Half of the cucumber and short sprig of dill cut very finely and send in the cheese. Stir and our sauce is ready.
Sausages clean from the shell and fry or in a pan-grill or, like me, in the oven. Fry without oil quite a bit, so they warmed up. So I took the trouble today to get the grill pan, and the sausages would have been more beautiful-striped. I heated them in the oven on a non-stick form. I just did it really fast and I only had two hot dogs. I took a sausage "Milk", you can take the your favorite or your home. Rolls cut without cutting. Spread generously with the sauce.
Sausages are placed in a bun. Cucumber remaining cut into thin slices, the arugula leaves break off. Put slices of cucumbers between sauce and sausage.
Supplemented by leaves of arugula. Not everyone likes arugula. You can replace it with another green. For example: parsley leaves or dill twigs.
