  1. We cook everything for hot dogs. Prepare the sauce. I will use cream cheese, and 2 hot dogs will require 0.5 cans of cheese weighing 140 g. Put the cheese in a bowl. I added soy sauce to it. I will use natural sweet soy sauce. It's salt. Add honey and Dijon mustard. I love Dijon mustard, and it's in grains. I took everything for 1 hour. You can first adjust the taste yourself by adding a little mustard, honey and soy sauce. Mustard and soy sauce may have different flavors: regular mustard and your favorite soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass. Cut half a cucumber and a short sprig of dill very finely and send it to the cheese. Stir, and our sauce is ready.

  2. Peel the sausages from the shell and fry them either in a grill pan or, like me, in the oven. Fry without oil quite a bit to warm them up. So today I took the trouble to get a frying pan for the grill, and the sausages would have turned out more beautiful - striped. I heated them in the oven in a non-stick form. I just did it really fast and I only had two hot dogs. I took a sausage "Dairy", you can take your favorite or homemade. Cut the rolls without cutting. Spread the sauce generously.

  4. Supplemented with arugula leaves. Not everyone likes arugula. You can replace it with another green one. For example: parsley leaves or dill twigs.
