Put the leaf with the fillet on a hot pan. The leaf should be larger than the diameter of the pan, so that the juice does not flow out during cooking.
Cover the fillet with the second half of the paper, press lightly.
Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, then gently turn over. Bring to readiness for another 8 minutes.
As a result, we have a tender fragrant Turkey fillet. With this fillet, I suggest making a Burger.
Preparing cocktail sauce. The sauce is very tasty, I advise you to make more, it goes well with the Turkey.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ground pepper mixture, salt to taste.
