Hungarian Nut Cookies Recipe
According to the source, these cookies are baked in Hungary on special days: wedding, Christmas, New Year. And its appearance corresponds to these holidays, and its taste: white, fluffy, delicate, airy. After reading the recipe and seeing 400 grams of flour, I thought that this amount of cookies would be just right for a wedding. I decided to cook half of this dish. Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix everything for the dough (egg yolks, powdered sugar, flour with baking powder, butter) in a combine at low speed until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Pour in the milk, depending on the condition of the dough: 2 or 3 tbsp. l. We send it to the cold for 20 minutes.
- Whisk the whites into a foam, add sugar in 2 steps and whisk until firm peaks.
