Julienne with Chicken and Mushrooms Recipe
I bought myself a bowl for julienne a long time ago, but I never decided to cook julienne. But finally, all the products were collected, and I started cooking. It turned out very tasty for the first time. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients
- 300 gram Champignons
- 300 gram Chicken fillet
- 2 pieces Onion
- 250 gram Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Butter
- 150 gram Cheese hard
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Take the mushrooms, wash, dry and cut into thin slices. Fry in vegetable oil, let the oil drain.
- Chop the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces, fry until half cooked, but not browned.
- Cut the onion into cubes and also fry until golden brown.
- Prepare the sauce: to do this, mix sour cream, flour and butter so that there are no lumps.
- Put everything in a frying pan and pour the sauce, salt, pepper and simmer on low heat until the liquid evaporates.
- Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Put julienne in molds and sprinkle with cheese. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. Julien is ready! Enjoy your meal!
