Ingredients
Meat:
- 450 gram Pork boneless loin
- 30 gram Horseradish ready
- Salt to taste
- 2 gram Garlic powder to taste
- 10 gram Soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 pinches Paprika sweet
- 1/4 teaspoon Coriander (ground)
- 30 gram Hard cheese
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Sauce:
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt to taste
Side dish:
- 500 gram Potatoes
- 50 gram Mozzarella
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the meat into portions 1 cm thick.
- Of all the products listed in the "Meat" section, except cheese, prepare a marinade.
- Pour it over the meat and rub the marinade well into each piece. Put the meat in the refrigerator overnight (I had it for 36 hours).
- Sauce: Chop the onion with a blender to a puree, add sour cream, mustard and salt and mix.
- Put the meat in a heat-resistant mold and cover each piece with mashed potatoes. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to the oven for another 3-4 minutes so that the cheese melts.
- Garnish: Do not boil large potatoes in a uniform. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and lightly crush.
- Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the meat with fresh vegetables or pickles.
- And also as a potato side dish.
- The meat turned out to be very juicy, tasty and spicy, which is important for the loin.
- And the potatoes turn out soft and crumbly
