Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 100 gram Rice raw
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 500 gram Minced meat I have pork and beef
- 100 gram Squash
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for mold lubrication
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil, add salt to taste, add the washed rice (100 g) and cook until soft. Let the rice cool.
- Meanwhile, I chop the onion, garlic and zucchini. Whisk in a blender until a "mush" is formed.
- Add to the minced rice, chopped vegetables, egg, salt to taste, ground black pepper, spices (I have to mince)
- Stir and whisk the minced meat.
- Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Form meatballs with wet hands. I put the form aside.
- Preparing the sauce. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Tomatoes cut into 4 parts, remove the stalks and grate, holding the skin. Throw away the skin.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Add carrots. Fry the carrots until golden brown. Add tomatoes. Add salt and oregano. Mix it. I wait for the boiling and turn off the fire.
- I spread meatballs with sauce. Cover with foil and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-55 minutes (see on your oven).
