New Year's Tangerine Buns Recipe

Add sugar and yeast to the warm milk. Mix well and let it come up for 15-20 minutes.

Knead a smooth, homogeneous dough.
Leave to rise for 1 hour.
Mix the pre-washed and dried cherries and cranberries. Let's do it again for 1 hour.
Divide into 20 equal parts, roll up each piece and let it come up for 15-20 minutes.
We form buns. Roll out the dough into an oval
layer.
Let's walk for 20 minutes. Lubricate the yolk with milk. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
