Okroshka "Peasant" with Pickled Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 gram Meat beef or pork
- 3 pieces Mushrooms salted mushrooms are small, with a diameter of 5-6 cm
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 3 pieces Chicken egg
- 7 pieces Garden Redish
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Sour cream
- Kvass
- Salt
Instructions
- Rinse salted mushrooms in running water to remove excess salt. Cut into cubes.
- Cut cucumbers.
- Boil the eggs, cut them.
- Grate the radish on a Korean grater.
- The meat is boiled, cut into cubes.
- Boil potatoes in a uniform, cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the green onion.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Combine the ingredients, add salt to taste.
- In a bowl, add sour cream and kvass to taste.
