- 110 gram Butter
- 100 gram Sugar
- 110 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 4 gram Baking powder
- 30 gram Orange smoothie
- 1 piece Orange zest
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Vanilin
For glaze:
- 50 gram Sugar powder
- 100 ml Orange juice
Instructions
- All ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Remove only the light part from the orange peel.
- I squeeze out the juice from one half (for powdered sugar), peel the second half, cut it for convenience and punch it with an immersion blender into puree.
- I measure out 30 g.
- Whisk softened butter with white sugar.
- Then add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Cook for 3-4 minutes after each egg whipping.
- Then sift the flour with baking powder, salt and vanilla.
- Then zest and puree. This is the dough that should turn out.
- I put it in the form. The sides and bottom were covered with parchment.
- Bake at a temperature of 170-175 degrees for 40-50 minutes. I check readiness with a wooden toothpick.
- Allow to cool slightly and remove from the mold.
- For the glaze, mix the juice with powdered sugar, mix everything well.
- Using a teaspoon, gently apply to the completely COOLED cake.
- I let the glaze freeze. Then it gets a beautiful matte shade.
- And you can invite everyone to tea) Tender, moist, fragrant, bright, beautiful and just very tasty cupcake turned out. We really liked it, I hope you will like it too!!! I wish you all a great mood!
