Perfect Brownies Recipe
Do you want to try a restaurant cake?. As for me, of all the brownies I've tried, this is the perfect one. I know there are many brownie recipes on the kitchen table, but this one is very simple, without any additional ingredients... Try to cook.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 235 gram Butter
- 100 gram Mascarpone
- 200 gram Sugar
- 65 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 30 gram Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 110 milliliters Cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie dough. Cut the chocolate with a knife and put it in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour the melted butter into the chocolate, then whisk with a whisk until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla sugar (but not vanilla), a small pinch of salt and mix.
- Add the sifted cocoa and mix.
- Add the eggs one by one, stirring the dough each time.
- Put the mascarpone cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Then add the sifted flour and knead the dough until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a mold preferably 20x20 cm, but I didn't have one, and I took 20x30, pre-greased with butter.
- Bake brownies for ~35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at ~160°C. The main thing is not to over-dry the pie, it should remain slightly moist.
- Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool, cover with chocolate glaze (ganache) and put in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours (or overnight), before serving it should be infused. Preparation of chocolate glaze: cream 33-35% - 110 ml, dark chocolate - 100 g, butter-35 g, powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons Pour cream into a saucepan, add powdered sugar and mix. Bring the cream to a boil (but do not bring it to a boil) and remove from heat. Pour the hot cream into the chocolate and leave for 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly. Add the butter. And mix everything until smooth.
- Put the finished ganache on the cake and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula. Put the finished brownies in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours (or overnight), they need to be infused before serving. Cut into square cakes and serve to the table.
