Ingredients
Chops:
- 1 glass Rice
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 teaspoon Starch
- Salt
- Flour wheat / Flour
- Vegetable oil
Gravy:
- 2 pieces Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 75 gram Sour cream
- Seasoning
- Dill
Instructions
- Add butter to the boiled rice (if it was prepared in advance, heat it in the microwave until warm).
- Add an egg and a teaspoon of starch to the rice with butter.
- Mix well, slightly damaging the rice with a fork.
- Next, roll the rice balls with wet hands (this time I had small cutlets), roll each ball in flour and press lightly, thus giving them the shape of chops.
- Fry each chop in a frying pan with the addition of oil.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- For gravy: cut the onion into half rings and fry it in a mixture of vegetable and butter for 5 minutes.
- Add the flour to the onion and fry for another minute, stirring constantly.
- Then add sour cream (or cream, or milk), salt, pepper.
- Add finely chopped dill.
- Bring to a boil and turn off. Rice chops with sauce are ready.
