Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/3 teaspoons Ginger (ground)
Salad
- 200 gram Chinese cabbage
- 200 gram Beetroot
- 1/3 bunch Sorrel
- Parsley (to taste)
Instructions
- Ingredients.
- Rinse the cabbage, remove the thick stalks, cut into strips.
- Peel the beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
- Wash the sorrel, dry it and chop it.
- For dressing, mix ginger, your favorite oil and finely chopped garlic.
- Put on a dish in layers: beetroot, cabbage, sorrel. Pour over the dressing, garnish with parsley leaves. Mix all ingredients thoroughly before direct use
