Ingredients
Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- Allspice to taste
- Seasoning (Italian herbs)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients. Cook the rice. Soak the beans for at least 4 hours, then cook.
- Finely chop the vegetables and herbs. Place in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Add vegetables to beans, rice and corn. Pour over the sauce and mix well.
