Knead the dough from water, flour, one egg and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Divide the dough into two parts, add another spoonful of vegetable oil to one half, knead and combine with the second half. Put the dough in a bowl, pour over the remaining oil and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle a cotton towel with flour and roll out the dough on it.
Grease the dough with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, leaving a 10 cm wide strip from the edge. Distribute the apples evenly, mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle the apples. Put a few pieces of butter on the apples. Roll up the roll with a towel.
