Ingredients
Dough:
- 170 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 120 ml Fermented baked milk
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Mushroom powder
Filling:
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Hard cheese brynza and semi-hard cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Mushroom powder to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- An hour or two before mixing, mix ground dried mushrooms with fermented baked milk.
- Add to the "mushroom fermented baked milk", sugar and yeast. Allow 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil.
- Knead dough. It's slightly sticky.
- Cover with cling film, towel and leave for 1 hour in the heat.
- Turn on the oven to warm up. Knead the fermented dough.
- On a dusty Mat, stretch the dough into a circle, 1 cm thick.
- Brush the dough with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Arrange the onion washers and garlic plates. Brush the onion with olive oil, sprinkle with mushroom powder and salt.
- Bake the tortilla until Golden, 230 - 250 degrees, 15 - 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
