Vegetable salad with mushrooms, poured with a delicious dressing, is perfect for a barbecue. You can cook it at home and take it with you on a picnic.

Cut the carrots into strips using a vegetable peeler.
Peel the zucchini with a vegetable peeler, and then cut into strips.
Cherry tomatoes cut in half, tear the salad, mix well.
Add chopped pickled mushrooms to the salad. I have these pickled mushrooms in a jar.
Prepare the dressing. Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ground black pepper, vegetable oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad, stir, sprinkle with sesame seeds fried in a dry pan.
We put the finished salad in a container and take it with us on a picnic.
