For the dough: Grate the zucchini together with the peel on a coarse grater. Add flour, baking powder, grated cheese, finely chopped dill. Mix everything together. Then add eggs, sugar, salt, butter and milk and mix again. Evaluate the consistency of pancakes. If the dough is liquid, add a couple more spoonfuls of flour and mix again.
Preheat a frying pan with oil, put a tablespoon of zucchini-cheese dough on it, forming round or oval pancakes.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
