Sweet and sour taste is most characteristic of dishes that appeared in the East of China. It is this taste that we associate with our beloved Chinese cuisine.
Ramen is probably one of the few “first” dishes in China. This is a very simple man with a minimum of ingredients (the complexity is only in spices). Unsurprisingly, it later “evolved” into instant noodles. So, here it is: simple, fast and delicious.
