Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 140 ml Kefir
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Butter + to lubricate the mold
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fruits.
- Cut 2 apples and a pear into cubes, add 100 g. sugar and semolina mix.
- Turn on the oven to warm up. In a bowl, mix eggs, 100 g of sugar, kefir, salt and soda.
- Add soft butter and vegetable oil. Whisk lightly.
- Add brandy, sifted flour, knead the dough. Gently mix the apple-pear mixture with a spatula.
- Prepare a mold with a diameter of 28-30 cm., brush it with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
- Put the dough into a mold, smooth it out. Put fig slices and apple slices on it. Mix dried, chopped walnuts with 20 g of sugar, sprinkle the pie.
- Put it in the oven, bake at 180-190 degrees for 45-55 minutes, before "drying the chips", focus on your oven. If necessary, to prevent the Gorenje from burning on top, cover the pie with foil.
- Cool the finished product slightly in the mold, then transfer to a dish, cool completely. Serve with tea.
