Apple Pie with Cottage Cheese and Apples Recipe
Tender, juicy, soft and very tasty pie with apples and cottage cheese will not leave anyone indifferent. The dough turns out to be very soft and porous. The combination of cottage cheese with apple makes the taste divine! Be sure to cook.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 2 pieces Apples
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar into a foam.
- Add cottage cheese, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Mix everything with a mixer.
- Add flour and baking powder. Mix it.
- Grease the mold with vegetable oil, lay out the dough.
- Cut the apples into slices and put them on top of the dough. Place in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Decorate the cooled cake with powdered sugar. The pie with apples and cottage cheese is ready! Enjoy your tea.
