Cabbage Casserole "Tender" Recipe
A very tender, juicy cabbage casserole, which is prepared simply and naturally from available products. It goes well with any meat dishes, but it can also become a full-fledged dish for both lunch and dinner. Grandchildren love it with sour cream.

- 150 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Mayonnaise homemade
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 50 gram Rice flour
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- A mixture of spices to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- Salt to taste
Additionally:
- 120 gram Hard cheese
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Grate the carrots on a medium grater, chop the cabbage. Add salt, add coriander and mash with your hands. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the mold, cover it with parchment, oil it, leave the silicone as it is. Mix eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, starch, turmeric, baking powder, pepper mixture, salt.
- Mix the filling with cabbage.
- That's the consistency of it, add any greens to taste, mix.
- Put in a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, level, put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30-35 minutes.
- 10 minutes before the end of cooking, take out the mold, sprinkle the casserole with cheese grated on a medium grater, then sesame seeds, put it in the oven to brown.
- Remove the finished casserole from the oven on the grill, let it stand for 10 minutes and carefully transfer to a plate.
