Cake with Apples and Pudding Recipe
Cake is a confection popular in Western Ukraine and Poland. As a rule, it is baked in a rectangular shape. I suggest making a pie with apples and custard pudding. It is gentle, light enough and unobtrusively sweet. Just what you need on New Year's Eve! And yet this cake has a wonderful slicing!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Butter
- 150 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 400 gram Apple
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Cream:
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 pack Vanilla pudding
- 70 gram Sugar

- Beat softened butter with sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Then add flour with baking powder and mix well. The dough turns out to be quite thick. Put half of the dough into the mold, smooth it out.
- To the rest of the dough, add cocoa, milk, mix.
- Put the chocolate dough on top of the white dough. Put the apples on top and roll them lightly in the dough. Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-30 minutes.
- Prepare the cream for the pudding. Dissolve pudding powder in 100 ml of cold milk.
- Add sugar to the remaining milk and heat it almost to a boil. Pour in the pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Stirring continuously, cook until thickened. Cool.
- Put the cream on the cake, sprinkle with cocoa. I used a stencil. Put the pie in the refrigerator.
