Ingredients
Brew:

Dough:
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese soft
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 packs Vanilla pudding
- 150 gram Butter
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for brewing. Wait for the volume to increase.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough, add the sourdough mixture.
- Knead the dough. Cover and leave to rise for an hour.
- Prepare the filling. 2 to make milk pudding, whisk with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Leave to cool completely.
- Whisk the butter and sugar. Add the cooled pudding, whisk.
- Add the cottage cheese and whisk again.
- Sprinkle the cutting board with flour. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm high layer . Cut out circles from a cup or a mold with a diameter of 10 cm.
- Place the circles on the prepared baking sheet. Use your fingers to make a recess in the middle for the filling. Just squeeze the dough. Let's leave it for 10 minutes. Spread a little beaten egg around the cheese cake.
- Put the filling in the middle of the cheese cake. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 g.
