Cauliflower in Carrot Sauce Recipe
I found the recipe on the Internet, many thanks to the author. I prepared one slice for myself, it turned out very, very tasty!!! This cabbage is suitable as an independent dish, you can garnish with meat, chicken, fish. I share with you this Recipe, I really liked the carrot sauce, cabbage is fragrant, does not smell of vinegar. It was safe to cook more.

Ingredients
- 1 slice Cauliflower slice cut from a fork of cauliflower, two fingers thick
- 1/2 piece Bulgarian pepper according to the recipe, pepper of different colors (red, yellow, green ) I have only red only -1 / 2 peppers

- 1 glass Water
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar 4%
- 80 gram Cheese hard Parmesan , I have cheddar-grated on a large grater
- 50 gram Butter for roasting carrots
- 2 cloves Garlic in carrots
- 1/2 bunch Greens to taste, I have coriander
- Salt to taste
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut a slice of cauliflower from the fork.
- Add a little salt and pepper to the cabbage, put it on the grill, and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes. Who has a grill pan is even better. I put it in the oven under the grill mode. Watch your technique.

- 1/2 Cup of a common fork of cauliflower, disassemble into small (risinki ) inflorescences, cut bell pepper, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, add salt, allspice to taste. Leave to marinate.
- Slice the carrots.
- Put butter, carrots, and two cloves of garlic in a saucepan.
- Cook until the carrots are soft, pour in the broth, and boil for just 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Punch with a hand blender.
- Put the fried cauliflower slice in a baking dish, top with pickled cauliflower with bell pepper, top with cheese-to taste. Put in the oven for 7-9 minutes 180*C, the cheese is browned.
