Chicken Pastrami Recipe
I know that there are many options for cooking pastrami on the site, but let me suggest my own option and share such a wonderful dish once again. Pastrami can be added to a salad, served in slices and in the form of sandwiches. In general, a very tasty substitute for sausage.

Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon A mixture of spices
- 1 liter Water
- 2 tablespoons Salt in water
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken breast. Fill with salt water for 2.5-3 hours and leave to marinate at room temperature. Salt is taken at the rate of 2 tbsp. l. with a slide per 1 liter of water.
- After you take out the breast, dry it with a paper towel and wrap it with cooking thread. I didn't have that, so I applied the usual thick thread.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil and all spices in a bowl and cover the chicken with this mixture. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. You can cover the top with a bag, foil or baking paper. We put the oven at this time to warm up to 220 *.
- Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn off the oven and let the chicken stand for another 30 minutes.
- Remove the pastrami from the oven to cool, remove the threads and cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
