Chicken with Vegetables in Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

- 6 pieces Chicken legs
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 piece Eggplant
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sesame
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions
- Wash the chicken drumsticks, dry them, add salt and rub with garlic.
- Fry in oil until tender.
- Cut onion into half rings, carrot into strips.
- Cut eggplant into cubes.
- Chop the pepper. My pepper is frozen.
- In the frying pan, where the shins were fried, put the onion and carrot, fry a little. Add the bell pepper and fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add eggplants to the vegetables and fry the eggplants until tender.
- We put the shin in a frying pan with vegetables. Add soy sauce, ginger, oregano, pepper, basil, honey. Add salt and mix. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Serve with herbs, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
