Chicken thighs remove the skin and separate the meat from the bones. Alternatively, buy ready-made fillet thighs. Can be to do and breast, but the thigh is obtained juicier. Fillet cut into strips. While the chicken is marinating, make the sauce. Mix vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, tomato paste, water and a mixture of 5 spices.
Fry the chicken in hot oil in batches until Golden brown.
Drain most of the oil from the pan. Return to the pan the chicken, pour the sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, add sesame seeds and simmer for another couple of minutes.
