Salad
- 500 gram Pink salmon
- 150 gram Spinach
- 1/2 bunch Green Onion
- 600 gram Pomelo
- 2 teaspoons Sesame
Instructions
- Fish, in my case pink salmon (you can use salmon, trout, chum salmon, sockeye salmon), boil in slightly boiling water for 7-10 minutes with the addition of a couple of slices of lemon and peas of pepper. Cool the fish a little, remove the skin, remove the bones.
- Preparation of the dressing 1. Mix honey (if thick, pre-melt), soy sauce and mustard.
- Divide the fish by hand into pieces, pour over the dressing 1 and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Peel the pomelo from the skin and films, divide each slice into 3-4 parts.
- Prepare the dressing 2. Mix all the ingredients from the list and mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
- Wash the spinach and green onions. Finely chop the onion and leave the spinach leaves whole. Mix the spinach leaves and onion, put on a platter, pour over the dressing 2.
- Put the fish on top of the spinach, along with the marinade and pieces of pomelo. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
