Chocolate-Coffee Cake with Mascarpone Recipe
This cake came to me under the name "Tiramisu cake". But, as it seemed to me, this name is not very correct, so I decided to rename it. Due to the similarity of the ingredients, the taste of the cake is really similar to the taste of tiramisu. The pastry has a very delicate, moist, soft texture. An amazing option. I am sure that many people will like this cake.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 200 gram Mascarpone
- 200 gram Yogurt natural
- 170 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 piece Vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Coffee instant
- 4 tablespoons Water warm
- 2 tablespoons Liquor coffee, optional
Instructions
- First, mix 200 g of flour, salt and baking powder in a container.
- In a cup, dissolve 1 tablespoon of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of coffee in 4 tablespoons of warm water. If you add liquor, then it should be done at this stage by reducing the amount of water.
- Beat eggs with a mixer with 200 g of mascarpone, 170 g of sugar, vanilla sugar.
- Add 200 g of yogurt and whisk again.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, whisk at low speed.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part, add the mixture with coffee and cocoa, mix well.
- Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour or baking paper. I am using a one-time form that does not require this step. Put a light dough into the mold. Spread chocolate and coffee dough on top of it. Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes. The readiness check matches. Focus on your oven. When baking, the cake rises, but then settles.
- Bon appetit!
