Ingredients
Cupcakes:
- 85 gram Butter
- 80 gram Dark chocolate
- 120 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs C1
- 50 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 10 gram Cocoa powder
Cream:
- 400 gram Cream cheese
- 115 gram Butter
- 100 gram Sugar powder
Filling:
- Jam Any, but than on-sour, the better
- Sprinkles sweet shop
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath Add sugar and cool. Add 1 egg, whisking each time.
- Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate and mix with a spatula.
- Fill the molds with dough (a little more than half) and bake in a preheated 180C oven in the "top-bottom" mode (without convection) for 20 minutes until completely dry.
- For the cream: beat butter at room temperature with sugar until white fluffy. Add the cottage cheese and whisk until smooth. In cupcakes, make holes with a nozzle, or a knife, or a special gizmo. Fill them with jam (cherry, blackcurrant, apricot to taste) and pour cream on top.
- Or for the carrots to be completely covered with cream. Everything is in your hands. You can sprinkle them with thematic sprinkles.
- You can make nests and put M&M's on top.
