Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 glass Milk
- 1 glass Vegetable oil
- 1 glass Water warm
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 pack Yeast
- 6 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
Filling:
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 250 gram Suluguni cheese
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pour warm milk into a deep bowl.
- Add sunflower oil.
- Pour in a glass of warm water. Add salt, sugar and yeast. Stir well.
- Add the sifted flour in parts and knead the dough.
- Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- The dough should double in size.
- Cut the potatoes into large pieces and boil them.
- Mash the potatoes. Salt to taste. Add the pepper, paprika or seasoning, herbes de Provence. Stir well.
- Knead the dough that comes up. Divide it into two parts.
- Roll each part into a rectangular shape.
- Put the mashed potatoes in the middle.
- On top of the puree, spread the coarsely chopped pieces of Suluguni.
- Wrap the edges to the middle, covering our filling.
- You should get a roll.
- Carefully cut into portions. I got 10 PCs.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. To move the pieces. Grease the top with egg. Tomatoes cut into round pieces. Spread on each piece.
