- 40 gram Corn flour
- 10 gram Olive oil
- 50 gram Sour cream
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 30 gram Sugar

- 200 gram Jam
- 30 gram Walnuts
Instructions
- The oven can be immediately turned on to warm up to 180 ° C. Sift both types of flour, mix with sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Whisk with a whisk or fork low-fat sour cream, egg (C1) and olive (sunflower, corn) oil.
- Mix dry and liquid ingredients, knead the dough.
- The dough turns out to be soft, tender, a little crumbly, but it is quite convenient to work with it.
- Cover the baking dish with baking paper so that the finished cake can be more conveniently removed from the mold. The size of the form is 20*20 cm. Spread the dough evenly over the bottom of the mold. (with wet hands or a spoon)
- Apply a layer of jam on top. This time I was making cookies with cranberry jam. You can use any jam, jam, thick jam that you like best.
- Sprinkle a layer of jam with chopped walnuts. Pre-calcinate the nuts in a frying pan or in the oven.
- Bake the pie in a preheated 180° oven for 18-20 minutes. Always take into account the features of your equipment!
- The finished cake is carefully removed from the mold and immediately, while it is hot, cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
