Cottage Cheese Roll with Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
Dough:
- 420 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 150 ml Milk
- 40 gram Butter
- 1,5 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 gram Vanilin
- 60 gram Sugar
- 250 gram Cottage cheese
Instructions
- Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix with sugar, vanilla, salt and egg. Cottage cheese is desirable to take non-acidic and high fat content.
- Add warm milk and melted butter, mix.
- Add the flour and yeast in parts. Knead the dough. Put the dough in a warm place to approach. After 20 minutes, knead, leave for another half hour.
- Prepare the filling. Chop the nuts in a blender. In a saucepan, mix water, sugar and honey. Heat over high heat until the sugar dissolves. Mix the syrup with the chopped nuts. Cool the filling.
- Knead the dough and divide into 2 parts. Roll out each piece of dough into a 5 mm thick rectangle.
- Distribute the filling evenly.
- Roll into a roll, pinch the seam.
- Cut in half, along the seam, without cutting the roll to the end on one side.
- Interlace the cut pieces with each other. Tips that are useful to use.
- Place the formed bundles on a baking sheet, leave for proofing for 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
