Ingredients
- 300 gram Chicken breast
- 60 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 teaspoons Sour cream
- Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the breast and onion.
- Add cottage cheese and herbs.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs or flour and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until cooked.
- Serve to the table.
