Ingredients
- 200 gram Sugar
- 230 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 180 ml Vegetable oil
- 100 ml Milk
- 250 gram Carrot
- 1 piece Orange
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
- Whisk eggs, butter and milk.
- Add the carrots and stir.
- Add the dry mixture in parts.
- Preheat the oven to 180*C. Pour the mixture into the molds. Bake for 40-45 minutes until tender.
