Ingredients
Dough:
- 70 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 20 gram Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 170 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Filling:
- 8 pieces Apricot
- 180 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 1 piece Egg white
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 2 tablespoons Raisins
Streusel:
- 4 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 30 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the dough - mix the cottage cheese with yolk, sugar, milk and vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder, knead a soft dough.
- Lay it out, distributing it by hand, in a greased form.
- For the filling, chop 2 tbsp. l. oat flakes in a blender with flour.
- Add vanilla, raisins, cottage cheese, egg white, sour cream and honey to it.
- Put the curd filling on top of the dough.
- On it are the halves of apricots. If you like it sweeter, then pour more honey on top.
- Preparation of streusel. Chop 4 tablespoons of oat flakes, add butter, sugar and cinnamon, rub into crumbs and sprinkle with apricots.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
