Curd Pie with Cookies "Cranberry" Recipe
In our family, cottage cheese is very respected, so it is a frequent guest on our table. Whenever possible, I try to come up with different versions of cottage cheese dishes. And now, I present my next experiment) It turned out very tasty, beautiful and even festive.

Ingredients
Shortcake dough:
- 180 gram Butter
- 90 gram Sugar
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cocoa powder
Curd layer:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 130 gram Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
Additionally:
- 130 gram Cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
- 1,5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine softened butter with sugar and beat with a mixer until creamy.
- Add the egg and beat again.
- Sift 1/3 of the flour with salt and cocoa. Beat with a mixer.
- Then sift the remaining flour and knead the dough.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil (1 tbsp). From the dough, form small balls, about 1/3 smaller than a walnut. I got 70 pieces. Cook in the oven preheated to 180 gr., 12-15 min.
- While the cookies are being prepared, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, and corn starch in a container.
- Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
- When the cookies are ready, cover the split baking dish with foil (diameter 20 cm), grease the form with vegetable oil (0.5 tbsp). spread the cookies Loosely.
- Spread half of the curd mass on top.
- Then spread out the cookies again.
- And distribute the remaining curd mass.
- Wash the cranberries.
- Spread over the curd mass. Cook in the oven preheated to 180 gr. 35-40 min.
