Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 6 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 50 gram Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 5 tablespoons Bread crumbs
Filling:
- 200 gram Carrot
- 120 gram Beetroot
- 50 gram Dried apricot
- 50 gram Dried plum
- 0,5 pack Vanilla sugar
Decoration:
- 3 tablespoons Sugar powder
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary products.
- Peel the carrots and beets, cut into small cubes.
- Put out the vegetables in butter, add a little water and bring to softness, all the water should evaporate.
- Steam dried apricots and prunes until soft, cut into small pieces.
- Rub the eggs with sugar and cottage cheese, leave a small amount of sugar for the filling.
- Add sour cream, semolina.
- Add flour and mix thoroughly, you should get a soft dough. You may need a little more flour, it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese.
- The dough will turn out soft, homogeneous.
- Mix stewed vegetables with dried fruits, add a little remaining sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Put the dough 1 cm thick on a wet towel.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a roll with a damp towel.
- Gently roll the roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the roll in a form on parchment and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. It is desirable to use a rectangular shape for a roll. Sprinkle the finished roll with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
