Curd Rolls Recipe
Simple pastries for every day. Baked twice in a row. because the first batch was eaten immediately. The amount of flour will depend on the humidity of the cottage cheese. You can do without additives at all, but I put my own. Idea: replace flour with wholegrain flour.

Ingredients
- 180 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon Bran wheat
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 0,3 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- Brown sugar to taste
Instructions
- In cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, beat an egg.
- Pour in the melted butter.
- Add flour with baking powder and salt.
- Add the bran and flax. You can add your own supplements.
- Transfer the dough to a flour Board.
- Knead a pliable dough.
- Form the sausage, cut the dough into pieces.
- Making rolls.
- Brush each roll with sour cream or cream or egg.
- Dip in sugar.
- Bake on parchment or a baking Mat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180*C.
