Ingredients
For the filling:
- 450 gram Salmon fillet without skin and bones
- 3 pieces Onions large
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs boiled
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil for sauteing onions and stewing salmon fillet pieces
- 50 gram Butter to extinguish the onion, you will need a small amount to lubricate the baking dish
For the dough:
- 3,5 glasses Flour wheat / Flour it may take a little less. Flour is different. A 200 ml beaker.
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 200 ml Milk
- 7 gram Dry yeast
For greasing the cake and topping:
- 1 piece Chicken egg for greasing the cake before sending it to the oven
- Sesame seeds black and white, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the milk (200 ml) and add 1 tablespoon of sugar, add 7 g of dry granulated yeast, take 2 tablespoons of the total amount of flour and add to the mixture. Put the container in a warm place so that the yeast dissolves.
- After a certain time, a lush cap of small bubbles forms on the surface. The dough is ready. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Whisk the mixture with a fork.
- Then gradually add flour. Adjust the consistency yourself. The approximate amount of flour is from 3 to 3.5 cups.
- Onions in this pie recipe will need a little more, 3 pcs. this will be enough. To facilitate the process of chopping onions, we will use a food processor.

- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add 50 g of butter.
- Add salt and white pepper to taste.
- Salmon fillet (450 g) cut into small pieces. Add the sliced salmon fillet to the pan with the stewed onions. If necessary, add a little more vegetable oil if the filling, in your opinion, will be dry. Return the pan to a slow fire and lightly put out the fish and onion minced meat. If necessary , add salt and ground white pepper to taste .
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out into layers 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Transfer the dough layer to a pie baking dish. Pre-lubricate the mold with a thin layer of butter, sprinkle with flour, make a "French shirt". Put the prepared minced fish on the dough layer.
- Boil the eggs (2 pcs.), grate the eggs on a fine grater over the minced fish.
- Put the second rolled part of the dough on top of the pie/filling. The edges need to be fastened. Decorate the cake to taste. Brush the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. In the middle of the pie, make a puncture with a wooden sliver so that steam comes out when baking.
- Send the pie to the preheated 180 - 200*With an oven. Bake the cake until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
