- Cut the meat 1 cm thick. With this method of cooking, any meat will turn out very juicy and tender. The time is indicated without taking into account soaking and pickling.
- Mix salt, sugar, grated garlic, pepper, tarragon and oregano. Pour 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Non-parliamentary. Lower the meat into the resulting brine and leave overnight (you can for 1-1.5 days.).
