Ingredients
- 400 gram Tomato
- 250 gram Cucumber
- 270 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 140 gram Celery root
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 20 gram Onion
- 8 pieces Shrimp tiger
- 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- Basil
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Sugar
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables and herbs. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel, finely chop. Slice cucumber, celery, onion, garlic. Remove the seeds from the sweet bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
- Load vegetables and herbs into the shredding container. Add butter, sugar, pepper and chop everything thoroughly, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Soak the skewers in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Peel the shrimp. Cut the bell pepper into large pieces. On one skewer, string two shrimp in combination with pepper. The other is cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pepper. Put the shrimp on a skewer, season with salt, pepper and fry in a frying pan. Pour gazpacho into a martini glass, put skewers on top, insert straws and garnish with a basil leaf.
