Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 50 gram Butter
- 10 gram Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 70 ml Milk maybe a little more or less
Instructions
- To prepare the dough, I decided to use a combine harvester. Sift flour and semolina, sugar and baking powder into the bowl of the combine.
- Melt the butter and mix with the yolk.
- Dry and liquid components are combined, milk is added and kneaded.
- Form a ball of dough. Cover the finished dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator.
- Remove the zest from the orange and lemon halves.
- In a saucepan, mix the juice of half an orange and a lemon. Add the zest, honey, sugar, cocoa, water and put on fire.
- When the filling starts to boil, gradually pour in the semolina and cook until you get a thick consistency. It is very important to mix all the time so that the semolina does not burn and does not curl into lumps. Put the filling to cool.
- The dough should be thinly rolled into a rectangle and divided into 6 long strips.
- Wrap with a roll.
- Then we form rings. From above we make incisions with a sharp knife. Bake at a temperature of 180 * C for 30 minutes.
- I wish you a good Christmas mood and delicious pastries.
