Ingredients
Ingredients for buns:
- 150 ml Milk
- 1,5 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 50 gram Butter
- 390 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and melted butter.
- Add Bavarian mustard, which will give the buns an unusual taste.
- Sifted flour.
- Knead the dough and leave in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes. I leave it in the bread maker.
- The dough should increase well.
- Knead the dough again, roll into a sausage and cut into 7 pieces.
- Roll out each piece into a flat cake.
- Roll up the tube.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or foil, grease with vegetable oil. Place the bun seam down on a baking sheet, brush with milk or water using a silicone brush and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place, and then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut the buns and assemble them into a hot dog to your liking. In my case, we lubricate the bun with ketchup, put the sausage on top and distribute the cucumber over the cuts of the sausage.
