Liver Cake with Cheese and Kefir Cream Recipe
Liver pie is prepared with cream without mayonnaise (to reduce calories), but with the addition of spinach. Of course there is a liver pie on the website 🙂 But I found it with this cream.... I think this option would not hurt.....

Ingredients
- 700 gram Chicken liver
- 300 gram Beef liver
- 3 pieces Onions
- 3 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 bunch Spinage
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 glass Kefir
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- 50 gram Vegetable oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Soak beef liver in water with salt or milk for at least 4 hours. Separate from the films, cut and twist in a meat grinder together with onions and chicken liver 2 times.
- Add eggs, flour, semolina and salt. Mix well and let stand for 25 minutes until the semolina swells.
- From the finished mass, bake pancakes - cakes in a frying pan.
- Ingredients for the cream.
- Fry finely chopped onion and grated carrot in vegetable oil. Add the chopped spinach (having previously washed it) and lightly fry. Chop the cooled vegetables in a blender. Add garlic, yogurt and cheese to the crushed mass, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.
- Prepare liver pancakes, spread with cream and assemble the cake.
- Garnish with grated cheese. Leave overnight in the refrigerator to soak the cakes.
