Ingredients
- 500 gram Beef liver
- 0.5 glass Milk
- 2 pieces Chicken egg

- 1 piece Tomato

Instructions
- Wash the liver, remove the film, cut into pieces.
- Pass through a meat grinder together with the peeled onion.
- Add the eggs.
- Add milk.
- Add flour, salt, vegetable oil, baking powder. Mix well. The dough turns out like thick sour cream.
- Bake pancakes from this dough in a frying pan.
- Prepare the filling.
