Another option of budget okroshka. Rustic recipe.

Instructions
The most delicious okroshka is obtained with pickled cucumbers.
But if there are none at hand, you can have both salted and pickled. Finely chop them.
Cucumbers are also chopped.
Finely chop the onion and dill.
Boil the potatoes, cool completely and cut into cubes.
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, separate the yolks from the whites.
Finely chop the whites.
And we begin to rub the yolks with mustard, salt and sugar.
Grind the yolks with mustard, adding a spoonful of kvass and brine until the mixture looks like sauce.
Combine the "solid" components of the okroshka and pour on plates.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of egg sauce.
Mix kvass with brine and pour into okroshka.
